Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdvanceCalculator ("AdvanceCalculator," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, sells, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the website located at insurancequote.click and related pages and tools (the "Site").
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our Role
We operate an informational website that refers consumers to third-party lenders, lending networks, lead aggregators, and other financial service providers ("Partners"). We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. We are paid by Partners and advertisers when visitors click through to, or complete actions on, their websites.
When you leave our Site for a Partner's website, the Partner — not us — is responsible for the information you submit there, including your loan request, contact details, and any consent to be contacted. Please review each Partner's privacy policy before submitting information.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide to us
If you interact with calculator inputs, contact us, or submit any form hosted on our Site, we may collect:
- calculator selections, such as desired loan amount and term;
- contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing address;
- information about your inquiry and any messages you send us; and
- any other information you choose to provide.
B. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language, and screen size;
- Approximate location: city, state, and country derived from your IP address;
- Usage data: pages viewed, calculator interactions, clicks, time on page, and the date and time of your visit;
- Referral and campaign data: the website or ad that referred you, UTM parameters, and advertising click identifiers (for example, Google, Meta, TikTok, or Microsoft click IDs);
- Identifiers: cookie IDs, tracking and session IDs, and advertising identifiers.
C. Information from Partners and other third parties
Partners and affiliate tracking platforms may send us limited information about what happened after you left our Site — for example, whether a click resulted in a completed request or an approved loan, along with the associated click or transaction ID and payout amount. We use this to attribute and reconcile our compensation and to measure advertising performance. Advertising platforms may also provide us with aggregated audience and campaign reports.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or driver's license numbers on the Site. If a Partner's form asks for this information, it is collected by that Partner.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide the Site: operate the calculator, display content, and redirect you to Partners;
- To attribute and get paid: track clicks, conversions, and referrals so Partners can compensate us;
- For advertising and analytics: measure and optimize ad campaigns, build audiences, understand how the Site is used, and improve our content and user experience;
- To communicate with you: respond to your questions and, where permitted by law and with any required consent, send you information about loan and financial products;
- For security and fraud prevention: detect and prevent bots, invalid traffic, fraud, and misuse;
- For legal purposes: comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others;
- In business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets;
- Aggregated or de-identified data: we may create and use data that cannot reasonably identify you for any lawful purpose.
4. How We Disclose, Sell, and Share Information
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Partners: lenders, lending networks, lead aggregators, affiliate networks, and other financial service providers you are referred to. When you click through, we pass information such as click IDs, campaign data, and any calculator selections so the Partner can pre-fill forms and attribute the referral.
- Advertising and analytics providers: such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft, which receive identifiers, device data, and browsing activity through pixels, tags, and conversion APIs for ad measurement and targeting.
- Service providers: companies that host the Site, provide click tracking and attribution (for example, RedTrack), analytics, security and fraud prevention, and email or messaging services on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Legal and safety: law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: a buyer, successor, or financing party in a corporate transaction.
Sale and sharing under state privacy laws
Because we receive compensation for referrals and allow advertising partners to collect information through our Site, some of these disclosures may be considered a "sale" of personal information, "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and other state privacy laws. In the past 12 months, we may have sold or shared the following categories: identifiers, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, commercial information (such as loan amount interest), and inferences drawn from this information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
You can opt out at any time — see Section 8.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and third parties use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server-side conversion tools, and similar technologies on the Site:
- Essential: needed to load pages, run the calculator, redirect you to Partners, and protect against fraud;
- Tracking and attribution: record clicks and conversions so that Partners can credit and pay us;
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site;
- Advertising: allow advertising platforms to measure ad performance and show you ads on other websites and apps. These third parties may collect information about your activity across different websites over time.
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some Site features may stop working); opt out of interest-based advertising through the NAI and DAA opt-out tools; adjust ad settings in your Google, Meta, or other accounts; and use a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as described below. We do not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed;
- Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and certain profiling;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information on the Site);
- Appeal our decision on your request; if we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will need to verify your identity, usually by matching the email address, phone number, or other information you provide with our records. Because we collect limited information, we may be unable to link some device data to you.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend this by another 45 days where permitted, in which case we will notify you. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You may opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising at any time by:
- emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"; or
- turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser or extension. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device.
We will process opt-out requests as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 15 business days after receipt. Opting out applies going forward and does not require a verified account. It does not recall information already disclosed to Partners or advertisers; to exercise rights with those companies, please contact them directly. Because advertising cookies are set in your browser, you may also need to use the cookie and ad choices described in Section 5.
9. Marketing Communications
If you gave us your email address or phone number and receive marketing from us, you may opt out by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, replying STOP to any text message, or emailing [email protected]. Opting out of our messages does not stop calls, texts, or emails from Partners you submitted information to; please contact them directly and ask to be placed on their do-not-contact lists.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including attributing and reconciling referral payments, preventing fraud, complying with legal and tax obligations, and resolving disputes. Click and conversion records are generally kept for up to 24 months, and analytics data according to the retention settings of the relevant provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetting of service providers. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. International Processing
The Site is intended for U.S. residents. We and our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Union, and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your state. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.
14. Third-Party Websites
The Site links and redirects to third-party websites, including Partners and advertisers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Information you provide on those sites is governed by their privacy policies.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
